Set Your DVR: Tyra Airs First Televised Colonic

You might want to start writing your thank-you notes to Tyra Banks now. The talk show host is doing what can only be classified as a public service by airing the first televised colonic on her show today, Dlisted reports. Not exactly sure what a colonic is? Well, let Tyra herself educate you, as she did so poetically in a promo for this afternoon’s episode.

“A colonic is when you stick this, like, tube in your booty and, um, they suck the poo out of you,” she says. “So it’s like the opposite of diarrhea!”
