(AP Photo/TLC, Karen Alquist) Thought Jon and Kate Gosselin would go away just because their show is ending? Oh no. TLC is suing Jon for breach of contract—specifically, for accepting money to appear on other shows. The suit also claims Gosselin’s reason for blocking Jon and Kate from filming had nothing to do with his kids’ well-being, and everything to do with TLC not releasing him from that “exclusivity” portion of the contract, according to documents TMZ obtained. Plus, the soon-to-be-exes are both speaking out after Stephanie Santoro, a former Gosselin nanny and one of Jon’s many rumored galpals, told Radar that the dad of eight boasted about hacking into his soon-to-be-ex-wife’s email, phone, and bank accounts. Kate “is profoundly disturbed” and considering legal action, her lawyers said in a statement; Jon, of course, denies any wrongdoing, his lawyer tells People.
