Brazilian model Jesus Pinto da Luz met Madge at a photo shoot, before spending the Christmas holidays with the 50-year-old pop star in the Maldives. The 22-year-old's family thinks Madonna has kidnapped him to New York, and Brazilian media reports say her handlers confiscated his cellphone. "I thought the whole thing was bizarre because it seemed like they were controlling him," da Luz’s former modeling rep says. The model’s mother, who is 14 years younger than Madonna, is a devout Christian who worries the singer is luring her son into Kabbalah. She has received just one text message from her son since he left, telling her he wouldn't be home for Christmas. Read These Next A family hike took a tragic turn in Arkansas on Saturday.
