Epstein Suit: He Took Girl's Virginity 'Against Her Will'

The cushy conditions of Jeffrey Epstein's imprisonment and work release a decade ago in Florida just intensified: In federal lawsuits filed Tuesday against the late disgraced financier, who took his own life earlier this month while awaiting trial in jail on charges of sex trafficking, two women are alleging Epstein had sex with women trafficked to both his home and office in 2009, during the period when he was on the work release program from the Palm Beach County Jail, ABC News reports. During one of the alleged incidents, Epstein's "commercial sex" with 20-year-old New York dancer "Priscilla Doe," transported from New York to his Florida home, took place "while he was still wearing his ankle monitor," per her suit.

The complaint notes that the plaintiff also told Epstein she was "very religious and consequently would not have sex before marriage," but that he "forced himself on [her] and took her virginity against her will and wishes." In a second lawsuit cited by the Sun Sentinel, a complainant known as "Katlyn Doe" alleges she "was made to engage in sexual encounters with Jeffrey Epstein—both alone with Epstein during which she engaged in sexual intercourse, and also on one occasion with another young female and Epstein," the suit claims. If she didn't comply, she alleges, she feared she "would suffer serious financial, psychological, and reputational harm," the lawsuit states. A third lawsuit was also filed. The Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Department are now investigating the supervision Epstein received while on work release.
