(Kelsey Brunner/The Gazette via AP, File) The nurse who was being investigated in the case of missing and presumed murdered mom Kelsey Berreth is reportedly now being charged. Sources tell ABC News Krystal Lee, 32, will plead guilty to at least one charge in the Colorado case, but details of the exact charge or charges are not yet clear; officials will only confirm that she has a court date set for Friday. Investigators have been looking into whether Lee disposed of evidence. Patrick Frazee has been charged with murdering Berreth, with whom he has a 1-year-old daughter. His relationship with Lee is not clear, but sources have said Lee only helped him because he threatened her life. Fox 31 describes Lee as an "acquaintance" of Frazee.
