POTUS' retort: "Good question, @billclinton. The handle comes with the house. Know anyone interested in @FLOTUS?" Meanwhile, Mother Jones is trying to figure out who owned the @POTUS handle before the White House nabbed it—and who the heck "Roy", mentioned in a 2008 tweet, is.
