Bethenny Frankel, the Real Housewives star and purveyor of Skinnygirl cocktails who recently posted a picture of herself wearing pajamas meant for a 4-year-old, has once again freaked out fans with a picture posted on social media. This time, the Facebook photo posted Tuesday shows Frankel posing with her new book, but her outfit—including a belt cinched tight around her teeny waist—makes it clear she's lost a lot of weight recently, ETOnline observes.

Commenters quickly weighed in, calling Frankel "skeletal" and saying she looks "very ill." But Frankel defended the photo yesterday, Radar adds. During an interview with Elvis Duran, she admitted "the way that my body was, it made me look like I was a skeleton," but went on to assert that "if I start filtering myself and being so careful walking on eggshells with everything I say or post, I won't even be me."
