The New Orleans Hornets were without their starting center and shooting guard, but still managed to rout the Memphis Grizzlies 112-99 last night, reports the Associated Press. David West had 33 points and 10 rebounds and Peja Stojakovic made six 3-pointers and finished with 26 points for the Hornets. New Orleans was without a sick Tyson Chandler and a hurt Morris Peterson. The Indiana Pacers rode 29 points from Danny Granger to their second straight win, a 101-93 victory over the Portland Trail Blazers. It was the Pacers 11th straight game without center Jermaine O'Neal.
Lou Williams led five players in double figures with 18 points as the Philadelphia 76ers beat the Los Angeles Clippers, 101-80.
