(AP Photo/Wilfredo Lee) (Associated Press) Rudy Giuliani’s campaign continues to crumble in Florida, the Miami Herald reports. The GOP challenger has slipped to third in a new poll among likely Florida voters, putting him in a tie with virtual no-show Mike Huckabee. Despite weeks of vigorous campaigning in the state, Giuliani “has virtually no chance to win in Florida,” one Democratic pollster said bluntly. A GOP strategist agreed, quipping, “If he can’t make it there in Florida, he can’t make it anywhere.” John McCain, who shuttered his Florida operations after running low on cash, now leads the GOP pack with 25%, just 2 percentage points ahead of Mitt Romney. Giuliani has 15%, down from 36% in November. Among Dems, Hillary Clinton, boosted by support from women and Hispanics, bests Barack Obama, 42%-23%.
