Her new lead counsel is Grace Speights, an attorney with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius in Washington, who specializes in employment discrimination defense. (The n-word admission came out of a lawsuit from a former manager of a restaurant Deen co-owns with her brother, who says she was sexually harassed and also claims racial slurs were commonplace at the restaurant.)
