Johnson playfully slapped his attorney on the butt in front of the courtroom, prompting the judge to reject the plea and sentence him to 30 days in jail, AP reports. "I don't know that you're taking this whole thing seriously. I just saw you slap your attorney on the backside," said the judge. "The whole courtroom was laughing.
