(Harris County Sheriff's Offic) Trey Foster, the second suspect in Tuesday's shooting at Lone Star College, was arrested early this morning at a home near Dallas, reports the Houston Chronicle. Foster was charged with aggravated assault in the shooting that injured three people. Foster's friend, Carlton Berry, was charged with two counts of aggravated assault in the shooting's aftermath. Authorities say they are still trying to determine who was holding the weapon, though court records name Foster as the shooter. A handgun was reportedly found at the scene of Foster's arrest.
