Sources linked to Tom call her contention "baffling," considering how "blindsided" he was by the divorce. Maybe this photo of them walking hand-in-hand two weeks ago tells the whole story. But wait, that's not all. Katie's divorce documents also claim the couple had been New York residents for "at least 2 years"—an assertion Tom is sure to deny, considering that New York courts will be more inclined to give Katie sole custody of Suri.
